It's been an absolute age since my last post. I'll be honest, I'm not liking this generic blog app. It has difficulties accepting pictures, links and shit. I started to get into PHP and Wordpress but that has taken a back seat of late. But hopefully soon I'll replace this site with a swanky new Wordpress one, and I may even scrap the full FBM site in favour of just supporting a blog. Obviously I will keep artist info and song clips up.

It's been a long haul but I have finally gotten the first release out for Fly Beat Music. DJ Patrick King - La Bestia Pop b/w DJ Enfusion remix.
Argentinean Julian Aznar translate his New Wave/Synthpop/Electro production skills into interpretations of songs by cult Argentinean rock band Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota, with this first release of La Bestia Pop.
A metphorical song about the buzz of cocaine, with beats reminiscent of danceable New Wave party outfit the B-52’s and Synthpop that could quite happily sit somewhere between tracks from Daft Punk’s Discovery album and Air’s Sexy Boy. Dead Disco Drivers said "Wow very cool sound in that song, on the edge of electro & house, something unique. Love the vocal, clean beats, strong structure."
Driven by a respect for high speed breakbeats, deep bass and atmospheric sounds, DJ Enfusion turns over a deep Jungle remix of La Bestia Pop with awkward fills that twist your head up before the beats carry your feet into a maddening frenzy and your mind gets lost in the cloud of atmospherics and bass. Although DJ Enfusion debut release he isn't new to production, and already has support from DJ Rap, as well as play's on BBC Radio 1Xtra and an EP lined up for Cadence recordings.
